One morning, pensioner Harold Fry (Jim Broadbent) takes a stroll to the postbox, but can’t bring himself to post the letter. It’s a reply to his old friend and former work colleague Queenie (Linda Bassett), who, he learned recently, has terminal cancer. Then a chance encounter in a petrol station gives Harold a new purpose: he decides to walk from Devon to Berwick-upon-Tweed, where Queenie is in a hospice, as he believes by doing so, he can save her life. His wife, Maureen (Penelope Wilton), hurt and confused by her husband’s abandonment, vacuums despondently…

Tickets are £6 per person and will be available from mid-December from Bob’s Butchers.
Tickets will also be available on the door.
We are able to take contactless payments for tickets and bar sales on the night!
Doors and bar will open at 7pm, film will start at 7.30pm.
