What happens next?

Although the build is complete, we still have our £350,000 loan from the Charity Bank that we must try to pay off.

We are expecting about £210,000 in Section 106 money in Q1 or Q2 of 2018 which will be used to offset the loan and this sum will significantly reduce our monthly loan repayments.  After that we plan to convert the remainder of the loan to a mortgage which, based on recent estimates and assuming our levels of bookings are sustained, we will continue to be able to pay.

To that end, we now encourage you to take full advantage of your beautiful new village hall, use it for your parties, try out some of the classes and maybe come and see a film!
