The Old Oak is a special place – it’s the last pub standing and the only remaining public space where people can meet in a once thriving mining community that has now fallen on hard times after 30 years of decline.  Landlord TJ Ballantyne (Dave Turner) is barely hanging on to the pub by his fingertips when his predicament is endangered even more following the arrival of Syrian refugees who have been placed in the village without warning and the pub becomes contested territory.

Tickets are £6 per person and will be available from mid-February from Bob’s Butchers.
Tickets will also be available on the door.
We are able to take contactless payments for tickets and bar sales on the night!

Doors and bar will open at 7pm, film will start at 7.30pm.
