Notes
If a charge is subject to the availability of a trustee or other hall agent, no commitment to a specific service can be assumed unless agreed and arranged in advance.
- No residents discount for room hire.
- We reserve the right to charge a deposit of £200, and/or request an indemnity that you will be responsible for covering the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged equipment. Hirers making use of performance equipment must complete the checklist of requirements, and agree to cover the replacement costs of items damaged during the hire.
- Alternatively, you may “contract” directly with the hall approved technician.
